Jump the queue – work as a functionary!
Once again it's time for the biggest and craziest party of the year, SOF – The Student Orchestra Festival. But as always when it comes to huge parties, you can expect a huge line! If you work as a functionary or "funkis" as we call it here at SOF you won't have to stand in line for festival tickets.
All functionaries get to buy festival tickets in advance. All functionaries will also receive a t-shirt, a cool gift and beer tickets to the festival. Some of the functionary positions can get you cheaper or even free admission.
Builder
Set up fences and stages one day before the festival starts and tear them down one day when the festival ends. You can attend the festival everyday. You get to buy the Full-weekend-tickets for 170SEK.
Entrance functionary
Work in the entrance and let people in and out.
Shelter functionary
Guard the orchestras instruments when the members of the orchestras are sleeping, or at least should be sleeping.
Festival parade functionary
Make sure traffic runs smoothly when the festival parade is running.
